• Vice President, Arnette Properties, Inc., Chesapeake, Va.
  Leased and managed 450,000 square feet of Class A suburban office space. Coordinated the development plan for a 1,200 acre mixed use development. Managed the budget and secured project financing. Negotiated permanent financing on numerous buildings including the cross-collateralization and blending of a multi-phase office complex.
• Regional Managing Partner, Lombard Development, Inc., Chesapeake, Va.

  Set up the Virginia office for this Dallas based retail strip center developer. Responsible for site selection, financial feasibility analysis, contract negotiations, lender relations, design/construction coordination, leasing, and sales.
