Improved all sites with major landscaping upgrades, exterior painting, standardized tenant exterior signage, and improved service performed by vendors. Directed a team of engineers and vendors in solving major HVAC design and maintenance problems in a full service office campus including the installation of an Energy Management System (EMS) retaining the major anchor tenant.

  Responsibilities included the management and leasing, during the term of employment, of 12 office complexes totaling approximately 3,236,000 square feet. Negotiated or assisted in the leasing of over 786,000 square feet and supervised over $9,000,000 worth of tenant finish in first and second generation space.
